When submitting an application and plans, the building department requests (3) sets of plans, (1) set of plans will automatically be forwarded to the Harrison Township Fire Marshal for review. Permit applications are obtained and submitted to the Montgomery County Building Regulations Department at 451 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45422, by calling (937) 225-4622 or at Montgomery County Building Regulation Department webpage. The Harrison Township Fire Marshal reviews all permits, applications, and plans for fire and life safety code compliance.
